The new Library of Negroamaro and Terre d’Arneo in Guagnano is a space that intends to offer the preconditions for the territory and the community to recognize themselves in an identity of excellence and document it, develop it and share it. A participatory collection site, of all documentation relating to wine and territory; a workplace for young professions who have skills and interests aimed at promoting and developing local excellence; a meeting place for children, teenagers and for the whole community; a space to host meetings and workshops of local and supralocal relevance. The first thematic library on Negroamaro, on wine, viticulture and oenology of Puglia, on literature and non-fiction connected to the world of wine and above all on the collection of documentary heritage that the territory expresses about its production and historical / anthropological history was therefore born . As well as a reference for the local context, thanks to the innovative ability to store and share memories, what has been achieved also aims to be a reference for tourists interested in food and wine and the discovery of the Negroamaro lands.
